Returns are accepted within 7 or 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Opened or used fragrances are not eligible for return due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
